Online orders will be processed & shipped within 3-5 business days. Each order is subject to product availability. We cover Duties & Taxes for all United States, Australia & New Zealand orders.
All other countries are responsible for paying Duties & Taxes.

The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary based on the product ordered and the specific rates set by the local government. You are responsible for and agree to pay for any duties, tariffs or taxes.
Ailablue.com accepts returns on orders within 14 days of the order date. We do not offer exchanges. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or to store credit in accordance with our returns policies. You can then place a new order.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, with all tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, ailablue.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date, and return shipments must arrive within 14 days to be accepted.
Please include a copy of your packing slip inside with the returned merchandise.

All pre orders will be charged at the time you place your order. Estimated ship date will be on the product page of the pre order item. Any items additional items purchased that are currently in stock will be shipped separately and immediately. No additional shipping charges will be due.
A one-time price adjustment from the original selling price will be issued within 14 days after the date of original purchase.
